Little Wellness Retreats - A weekly creative + mindfulness experience for kids! Kids get to paint on the walls without limits or bounds and create tangible art projects rooted in mindfulness. Each week explores a new theme like heart, breath, roots, goals and more. Kids move their bodies through gentle yoga, learn simple emotional-regulation tools and start tuning into their own intuition in fun, accessible ways. This isn’t just for “calm” or “zen” kids, it’s for every kid who benefits from space to create, connect and feel their feelings in a healthy, supported way.
